This report looks at the changing approaches to online shopping behaviour, how many are new to online shopping and the appetite to do more online shopping and as a result of Coronavirus (COVID-19). This includes; changing online shopping habits – those who have bought more online than normal, alternative online routes, how many are first time online shoppers and who they are, openness to share personal information and how many have found it difficult to book delivery/collection slots.
