Setting new habits for 2021

In this report we explore the dietary habits  already adopted in 2021 and predict which ones they are likely to continue with. We look at the how many people decided to reduce their alcohol intake, followed a vegan or vegetarian diet, cooked more form scratch or decided to exercise more. We also look at intentions for the rest of 2021- how many plan to keep up these changes for the longer term.
